Parks
- Burlington: Simmonds Park - At Route 3A Bedford St. (near Building 19 1/2 and the Town Common). Drive up the hill to the parking lot. Wading pool, wooden structures, snack bar, bathrooms, near shopping and restaurants. Skate park with half pipes, and ramps. Plenty of picnic area.

- Lynnfield Jordan Park - Well shaded playground, abuts a large soccer field; bring kites, soccer balls, remote control planes, sand toys. Three benches, 2 picnic tables,
- Melrose - Playground at Melrose Common. Corner of East Foster Street ans Larrabee Street. No Restrooms but there are picnic tables, shady, corner store is nearby, blacktop play area. Melrose has recent updated many of it's town managed playgrounds.
- Melrose - Pine Banks Reservation On Main Street, at Towns Southern border with Malden. Turn in at office area, not at the playing fields. First parking lot is a short walk to playground. Take either trail. Picnic Tables, Shady area, bathrooms nearby.

- Middleton - Richardson's mini-golf and ice cream 978-774-4476 (take route 1 north to route 114w, on the right about 1 mile past the shopping center). There are some cows, calves, pigs sheep, a fun mini golf course, delicous homemade ice cream, picnic tables and bathrooms. Golf Rate - adult $7, Child ages 6-11 $5, Children under 5 $3.
- North Reading - Kidspot Chestnut Street Playground, near Moynahan Lumber. Playground has picnic tables and much shade, walking surface is pebbles. Basketball and Soccer Fields adjacent so bring balls, frisbees etc.
- North Reading - Ipswich River Park (north on haverill street, east of route 28, at flashing yellow light, turn left onto new street.) Ipswich park is sunny and good for bike and walking trails.
- North Reading - Clark Park - (Route 28N at set of lights near shaws, turn right onto burroughs road. Park is ahead ont he right after pond.). Great Wooden Structures, Noah's Ark, Rocket, Airplane. Perfect for Infant, Toddlers and Preschoolers. Completely fenced in and next to small beach.
- Reading - Imagination Station. (Route 28N leaving Reading Center, at first flashing yellow light, turn left onto Birch Meadow Road, Playground is on your left across from school).. Wooden Play Structure,
- Reading - Memorial Park. (In Between Route 28 and Route 129 on Charles Street. Behind the fire station) Open field, ball field and huge playground at the top of hill.
- Saugus Breakheart Reservation - Sunny beach, restrooms, lifeguards and a playground. Paved walking trail, a moderate walk to the beach, many dirt walking trails in the reservation. Great dog park that is completely fenced in.
- Stoneham - Playground next to Town Hall. (Off Central Street, East of Main Street (route 28). Mix of Sun and Shade. Covered picnic table area, mix of old and new wooden and metal climbing structures and slides. Fenced in. Free parking on both sides of street.
- Stoneham - Stone Zoo - check out the new park across the street from the zoo too!
- Wakefield - Spaulding Street Playground. (at the south end of Lake Quannapowitt) Little Shade, huge wooden play structure. abuts grassy common.
- Sullivan Playground - (salem street from spaulding street playground go through the lights and up the hill away from the lake. stay straight and look for the sign on the right.) This park is great for younger children. Three baby swings and a toddler town. a climbing structure for toddlers. Padded ground cover and completely fenced in.
- Winchester - Ginn Field Playground. (between bacon street and mystic valley parkway). Parking under the Wedgemere station train tracks.
