Morning Student School Safety Patrol
welcomes fourth grade student Ricardo Martinez
to their ranks. The patrol members are here
to help younger students or any students that
need assistance. They are a HUGE help to me.
Welcome aboard , Ricardo !!!!
PTO NEWS - I just sat with about 20
parents for the planning meeting for the Holiday
Stroll. I want to thank them and all of you
who work at home and make donations and come
and shop that day ---- December 5th ----- for
making this a great community day. Invite your
friends and family and neighbors to come and
shop and have lunch . It is hard to be at the
stroll and not have a smile on your face.
I hope you have been checking out the Lynnhurst
School website. Lots of pictures have been added.
I have not received a do not photograph note
from anyone and so all of our students will
appear there at some point this year. Its nice
to email family to check out pictures on our
site.
Our after school classes will only meet on
Monday as Tuesday and Wednesdays are half days
---- next week.
This round of classes will finish before January
. We will start a new group of classes at the
end of January.
Manners - I will be speaking to the
students about having and using good manners
always and especially over the holidays. We
appreciate your efforts in this area as well.
Thanksgiving Poem - Many students have
memorized and recited these poems . Mrs. Meuse's
class has had the best participation
..
BRAVO.
Those students who opt to recite the poems have
until Weds. of next week.
Great memory and language builders
. Maybe
they can share this poem at Thanksgiving.
