America has been at war with Iraq for the past five years. Many people have different opinions of why we are in this war. One of the opinions is the Oklahoma bombing in 1993. Or it could be when the Iraqi nation burned the American flag and sent a video of it to a news station is New York. A lot of people say that they want to destroy as and thats why they attacked us on Septemember 11, 2001.

 At 9:11 am two 747 planes crashed into the Twin Towers in New York.

People were panicing on the streets. They couldn't see anything from the smoke of the explostion and the falling debris from the towers.

Unfortunately over 6,000 people died in this terrorist attack, including employees to the World Trade Center, brave men and women of the NYFD, and the NYPD. Also, several civilians.

This is where the World Trade Center (Twin Towers) used to stand. Today it's a pile of ruble with a memorial symbol for all the people who risked their lives and died in the terrorist attack of 9/11.
