Rocky Marciano

One of the most famous boxers of all time was Rocky Marciano. Rocky was born in Brockton, MA. Rocky was the only undefeated champion in any weight class, His record was 49-0-0 and 43 of them were knockouts. He won the heavyweight championship in 1952 and retired in 1956 as the only heavyweight champ undefeated. Sadly, he died in a plane chrash on Augusts 31, 1969. Rocky was mostly known for his knockouts in the ring.

Mahamid Ali

Another famous boxer was Mahamid Ali. He was born on January 17, 1942 in Louisville, Kentucky. Mahamid's birth name was Cassius Clay. Mahamid won many amateur titles. In 1960 he won a gold medal in the Olympics in Rome. He was also a three-time heavyweight boxing champ. He was most famous for his boasting before fights and also his skill in the ring.

Roy Jones Jr.

Roy Jones Jr. was born on January 16, 1969 in Pensacola, Florida. Roy stands 5 feet 11 inches and weighs 180 lbs, Roy is in the light heavyweight class. Roy's record is 41-1, 33 KO's and he is 31 years old now. Roy Jones is a WBA, WBC, IBF light heavyweight World Champion and in
1988, he won an Olympic silver medal.
